Low carb delicious mini biscuits


I found this great recipe and tried it as mini biscuits! These turned out sooooo good I was actually very surprised since normally low carb breads can be very dry but these biscuits hit the spot!

Preheat oven to 450

In large bowl mix

1.5 cups Almond flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Baking powder

Then add

2 eggs

4 tbsp melted butter

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

Mix well

Spray mini muffin pan with Pam (also spray spoon you’re using to fill so it helps slide off)

Bake for about 8 mins or until golden brown then Enjoy!
