The HMMF bootcamps are a fun way to get motivated and make the time to workout! I bring both my 2 year old and my 4 year old along too! Kids are welcomed and ancourage to join the fun!
Monday & Wednesday
6-7pm 5k Cardio
*Bootcamp goes month by month, schedule subject to change each month
What you Need:
- Workout clothes and Tennis shoes
- Yoga mat
- If you plan to run for cardio and have young children bring a stroller also
