The HMMF bootcamps are a fun way to get motivated and make the time to workout! I bring both my 2 year old and my 4 year old along too! Kids are welcomed and ancourage to join the fun!

2018 Schedule:

April 2018

Monday & Wednesday 
6-6:30pm- Bootcamp
6:30pm- Cardio
6-7pm 5k Cardio

*Bootcamp goes month by month, schedule subject to change each month

What you Need:

  • Workout clothes and Tennis shoes
  • Yoga mat
  • If you plan to run for cardio and have young children bring a stroller also
