3 Day Low carb plan (Pancakes, French Toast, Pizza)

If your sick of eggs, bacon, and beef this is a carbaholics dream meal plan…thats low carb 😉 So excited for this!

Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • (Optional cinnamon/stevia)

French Toast

  • Keto Bread (click here for recipe)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Stevia drops (10 drops)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Keto whipped cream optional

Pizza

Crust:

  • 1/3 cup Almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2tbsp Cream cheese (cubes)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Italian seasoning

Toppings:

  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Marble jack cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Options: sausages, bacon, chicken

Prep

Making the bread first for the french toast

Then whipping up the pancake batter and having it sit while I make the pizza. The batter works better if it sits for at least 5 mins.

Make the pizza and then the pancakes. Once bread is done make the pancakes! Yum!
