3 Day Meal Prep {Eggs, Pizza, Lasagna)

Hello!

I loved this meal prep so much…still funny to see PIZZA! But I love this fathead dough pizza 🙂

Shopping list

Loaded Scrambled Eggs

  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 Bacon strips (baked)
  • 1 Bell pepper (chopped0)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning

Pizza

Crust

  • 1/3 cup Almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2tbsp Cream cheese (cubes)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Italian seasoning

Toppings

  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Marble jack cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Options: sausages, bacon, chicken

Asparagus

  • Butter
  • Avocado Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Lasagna

Lasagna part one: Meat

  • 2 Pounds Ground Lean Beef
  • 1 Egg yolk beaten
  • ½ Cup Parmesan
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Ground Sage
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder more or less depending on your heat tolerance
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste

Lasagna Part 2: Bake

  • Meat we just made listed above
  • 2 to 2 ½ Cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 2 Egg yolks beaten
  • 1 Cup Ricotta
  • 2 Cups Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Cup Parmesan
  • ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley for garnishing

Prep day!

  1. I start by baking the bacon for the AM meal
  2. Then browning the hamburger for the PM meal
  3. While those are getting baked I started chopping the peppers and getting the AM meal ready
  4. Once bacon is done I cooled and chopped then added to the AM meal mix and pour it into the frying pan
  5. As thats cooking I made the pizza dough and cooked that then Got the asparagus ready
  6. Once the dough was done I added toppings and baked again.
  7. Once pizza is done I tossed the asparagus in the oven then worked on the Lasagna
  8. After asparagus is done I put the Lasagna in the oven and started the fat bombs
  9. Once everything was ready I filled up my 9 meal prep containers and was set!
