15FIVE {4 wk challenge!}

Hello!

Are you ready to commit to your fitness goals 15 minutes a day, for FIVE days?!

15FIVE is a great way to spice up your workout routine and only 15 minutes a day is sooooo doable! Busy schedules, hectic lives…I totally get it! With those busy parenting lifestyles in mind I created this game to help us take 15 minutes of your day and dedicate the time to YOU and your fitness! Monday -Friday I am recording full workout videos where I roll the dice to figure out our moves then we rock the 15 minute workout! I added the week one videos below! You can also play the game yourself- Print out the info sheet,  roll the dice each day and cross off the moves as you go!

Get extra motivation and accountability by joining the VIP community! Here you will have access to all the 15FIVE workouts and videos along with all the other HMMF workout challenges like 12WKF!T, Coordination and Tabata!
