5 day Keto Meal Plan {Eggs, Burgers, Lasagna}


This is filling and delicious ! I love that the AM and PM meals are just large dishes! The PM Lasagna takes a tad more time to prepare but the pay off is great! I hope you enjoy this 5 day plan as much as I did! I still had strawberry mousse left over so I’ve created a frozen treat for this week ūüôā

Keto Egg Bake¬†this is way more then enough for 5 meals…great option for a family breakfast, or even a party/potluck! PLUS easy to make!

Inside out Bacon Cheese Burgers with a side of asparagus! Use one or two beef patties.

Low Carb Lasagna So amazing and cheesy! This one takes a bit more prep time but the taste of meal is delicious and leaves you feeling full for awhile!

Strawberry Mousse Treats


  • 9√ó13 pan (egg bake) (I washed one out after I baked the lasagna meat and used it for the egg bake)
  • Broiling Pan to bake the Bacon
  • Frying pan (burgers) ( I used 2 and made all mine at the same time)
  • Two 9√ó13 baking pans for lasagna meat
  • 8√ó8 pan for final lasagna
  • Parchment paper (line the 9x13s for lasagna meat)
  • Foil (line the broiling pan with for bacon)

Shopping List

1 pan of Keto Egg Bake (5 meals)

  • 6 slices of Bacon (baked and chopped)
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
  • 12 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped chives
  • Avocado oil

5- Inside out Bacon Cheese Burgers  and side of asparagus

  • 5-10 burgers (depending if you want two burgers or 1 burger a day)
  • shredded cheese
  • 10 slices of bacon (chopped)- (You can make extra top sprinkle bits on the Asparagus or do bacon wrapped Asparagus)
  • Asparagus (side dish)

1 Pan of  Keto Lasagna (5 meals)


  • 2¬†Pounds¬†Ground Lean Beef
  • 1¬†Egg yolk¬†beaten
  • ¬Ĺ¬†Cup¬†Parmesan
  • 1¬†Teaspoon¬†Garlic Powder
  • 1¬†Teaspoon¬†Onion Powder
  • 2¬†Teaspoon¬†Ground Sage
  • 1¬†Teaspoon¬†Ground Oregano
  • 1¬†Teaspoon¬†Dried Thyme
  • 1¬†Teaspoon¬†Chili Powder¬†more or less depending on your heat tolerance
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste


  • 2 Cups¬†Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 2¬†Egg yolks¬†beaten
  • 1¬†Cup¬†Ricotta
  • 2¬†Cups¬†Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¬Ĺ¬†Cup¬†Parmesan
  • ¬ľ¬†Teaspoon¬†Onion Powder
  • ¬ľ¬†Teaspoon¬†Garlic Powder
  • ¬ľ¬†Teaspoon¬†Ground Black Pepper
  • 1¬†Tablespoon¬†Olive Oil

  • Mini pepperonis
  • Italian seasoning

  • Heavy whipping cream

  • I’m keeping the egg bake and Lasagna in the big pans and grabbing what I need when I need it. ( I did end up using 5 tupperwares for my husbands breakfast)
  • 5 Tupperware’s for inside out burger and asparagus
  • Snacks can be tossed in a baggie

Game plan

  1. Preheat oven to 350- Bake the bacon (I bake as many slices as possible. At least 11)
  2. Start frying burgers (5-10 depending on how many patties you use)
  3. Start Lasagna
    -Preheat oven to 450 degrees
    -In small bowl mix onion powder, garlic powder, sage, oregano, thyme and chili powder. (Save 1/2 tsp for sauce)
    -In large bowl mix ground beef with the spices(excluding that 1/2 tsp). Add in parmesan and the egg yolk (beaten)
    -Get your two 9√ó13 baking pans and line with parchment paper. add seasoned ground beef and flatten.
    -Bake ground beef for 10-15 mins in oven (SET TIMER!)
    -Once done- Drain oils and slice to fit in lasagna container
  4. Keep an eye on those burgers and the bacon, once done set aside
  5. Start Egg Bake
    -Chop peppers and chop Spinach, beat eggs(12). Spray 9√ó13 pan with Avocado oil- Base layer chopped peppers, chopped spinach, here is where I added extra cheese
    -Once Bacon is done, cool and chop and add to base layer
    -Pour in the eggs. Egg bake goes in oven at 350 for 35 mins. (SET TIMER!)
  6. Finish Lasagna
    -Preheat oven to 400
    -Medium sized bowl add marinara sauce, parmesan, the 1/2 tsp seasoning we saved earlier and mix
    -In another bowl with beaten egg, fold in ricotta cheese
    -In skillet, heat oil and spinach until wilted, add in onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper
    -Assemble Lasagna. Pour 2-3 tbsp marinara sauce to an 8×8 baking pan. Top with meat slices, spread more marinara sauce. Add Sautéed Spinach and spread ricotta mix on top. cover with half of the mozzarella cheese. repeat with remaining ingredients with mozzarella at the top most part.
    -Bake for 15 mins or until cheese is melted and slightly golden (SET TIMER!)
  7. Start Asparagus
    -Place the asparagus into a mixing bowl, and drizzle with the avocado oil. Toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer
    -Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness. (SET TIMER!)
  8. Set up 5 day storage plan with all your meals.
  9. You can get any snacks ready that you’ll need for the week then you’re all done!
