Here is a spin off of the Keto bread! It takes the Keto bread recipe and spices it a up a little! Super yummy to add on top of sandwiches or eat just plain!

I love cheese so this is a winner in my book! Great way to make a Ket sandwich extra tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
- 6 Large eggs (Separated)
- 4 tbsp melted Butter
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 drops liquid stevia
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. (keep both parts)
- Add Cream of Tartar to the eggs whites and beat until you get soft peaks.
- Combine the egg yolks, 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder and salt in a food processor.
- Add 6 drops of liquid stevia to the batter, mix until combined. This will be a lumpy thick dough until the whites are added.
- Add the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites and gently process until fully incorporated. Do not overmix or you will lose the volume
- Pour batter into a buttered 8×4 loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Check with a toothpick to ensure the bread is cooked through.
- Once bread is completed butter and top with shredded cheese and garlic powder
- Place in oven on broil until the cheese has melted
