Ranch salad


Salads are my lunch go to meal with a source of protein added in. I eat this salad a lot and it’s super easy to meal prep!


  • 2 cups Spinach
  • Ranch (full fat)
  • 1/3 can Canned chicken
  • Mrs. dash seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Shredded cheese
  • Bacon bits optional


  • Get your spinach in a big bowl and add all the ingredients then mix together. Add most ingredients to taste how you like, pour on that ranch 😍
