On keto eggs and bacon everyday for breakfast can get old eventually so here’s an EASY way to mix it up…plus these are so yummy!
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- (Optional cinnamon/stevia)
- Blend ingredients in blender/magic bullet/ninja and that makes your batter
- Let it sit for a bit so the bubbles settle down
- Then just cook em up in a frying pan, flip to get both sides golden brown
