This week I started to take steps towards my personal goals and added in a few jogging spots during the 5k! Can't wait to keep going with this! Great job everyone who came today!
Love love love these Thursday 5ks!! This week a few of the members got in their Tabata workout also! Next week I plan on starting to add in some bursts of jogging to help amp up my cardio! This is a free weekly walk/run! Everyone is welcome to join 🙂
