Each month there is a new HMMF challenge or schedule. Each schedule contains its own set of workouts. Schedules are assigned every month with start and end dates.
The workouts are added to your personal calendar which you can also sync to your personal calendars on your phone.
I will track how you did for each exercise and keep you on track by monitoring the number of workouts completed for each challenge.
