Mommy & Me 5ks are growing up and transforming into….

F!TFAM 5Ks!!!! This new name will encourage EVERYONE to join the fun get out and be active! Everyone is welcome to join! Moms, dads, non-Parents, grandmas and grandpas….everyone can join!
F!TFAM 5Ks will be starting in communities all over with a goal to get as many people involved as possible!
