All ages and fitness levels welcome to join! Fun family friendly way to focus on your fitness goals. The kids can workout with us, or play! After the workouts we go to the park and let the kids play! You do not have to be a mom to join! everyone is welcome!
Bring pack-n-plays, strollers, games, snacks, balls, walkers, etc to help keep your little ones happy during the workout! These are very kid/baby friendly!
