Knowing your strengths is a lot harder then knowing your weaknesses….
My goal is to start focusing and building on my strengths. NOT focusing on my weakness.
I feel like we are consumed with our flaws. People workout to “fix” their bodies and work on weaknesses. Instead I will be promoting to find your strengths, build your strengths and work on those talents everyday. Workout because you LOVE your body.
PERSONAL GOALS:
I will not waste time worrying about weakness.
I will not waste time hoping to change who I am.
I will not let self doubt consume any more of my precious time.
I will build my strengths.
I will focus on my god given talents.
I will do great things.
